What Alpharetta agents ask.

What resources does Keller Williams Atlanta North provide to agents who join?

We work from an office at 925 North Point Parkway in Alpharetta, with a 10 person leadership team. That team supports your brand building, marketing, technology and compliance, and you work with a business coach. We also run daily group coaching for all agents, production based masterminds, classroom training on a set calendar, and business planning clinics.

Agents here also have access to the Millionaire Real Estate Agent Course, taught by millionaire agents and leaders. Ask us which of these resources appear in the written agreement you would sign, so the support you are counting on is on paper. When the paperwork is what slows you down, read the signs it is time for a transaction coordinator.

At what production level should I start adding people to my business?

Team leaders profiled in a RE/MAX News article put the starting point at a production level where other people can help manage your rising number of transactions. At that level, they can also build on your experience, client base and reputation. The signal is volume you can no longer carry alone, not a set number of closings.

The advice treats a team as a way to extend what you have already built. Other people absorb transactions, and they work from the reputation and client base behind your name. That is why the timing ties to production rather than to a calendar. How the work divides once you do is in who does what on a real estate team.

Does repeat business grow the longer I stay in the business?

HousingWire, citing NAR data, reports that repeat clients supply 20% of the typical REALTOR®'s business and referrals supply 21%. For agents with 16 or more years in the business, HousingWire reports repeat business climbing to 41%. A long career builds a large book of past clients. Keeping in touch with that book is steady follow-up work.

That follow-up is routine and scheduled, so someone else can track it. You still take the conversation when a past client calls back. If your own count has held flat, start with why production stalls after year six.

Tell him what you closed last year and where you want to take it, and ask how the office would help.
