Keller Williams runs BOLD as a series of one-day classes spread over six weeks, taught live and in person at market centers by a KW MAPS coach.

Keller Williams holds Family Reunion every year. In 2026 it was in Atlanta, with three days of talks on the main stage, breakout sessions and networking.

Mega Camp
Mega Camp is Keller Williams' yearly education and training conference, for its agents and market center leaders. The 2026 one was held in San Antonio in August.
Who decides how the office runs for its agents?
Ten to twelve of our agents sit on a leadership council. The council works as the office's board of directors and designs the environment agents work in, so the people deciding how the office runs are agents from the office.
